  • Delivery Timeline: Access to digital products or services will be provided within 24 hours of order confirmation. This will typically involve sending download links, access credentials, or activation codes to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Email Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your product or service within the stated timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us at hello@reyaldesign.com.

  • Shipping Methods and Carriers: We ship using USPS, FedEx, & UPS based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Timeframes: Shipping times vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the shipment’s progress.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to Florida Only. Orders placed outside of these areas may be subject to cancellation.
